About Me
- I've had a lifelong career in the construction industry working my way through being an apprentice, journeyman carpenter, foreman, estimator and superintendent.
- In my recent years, I have been involved in residential design with timber frame as a particular interest.
- I have had the good fortune to be involved in a wide variety of construction projects - residential projects, commercial projects, industrial projects, log building, timber frame projects and commercial millwork.
- While I appreciate all kinds of construction when it is done well, my real passion is for wood. Here's my favourite - The Gamble House
- Before I became a carpenter, I studied math and computer science, so I am quite happy with using the technology which is changing our modern world in general and the construction industry in particular.
- I am a sole practitioner and so you can be assured you will always get my full attention and that changes will never be interpreted through a third party.
